Establised / registered with terms and conditions of Registrar of Societies Sabah on 18 th May 2012.
Aims and Objectives
To widen knowledge on local herbs.
To disseminate knowledge on uses of herbs to club members and community.
To protect and preserve herbs and plants before extinction.
To support and encourage club members to grow and cultivate herbs.
To protect, preserve and maintain green, clean and healthy eco - system.
To support and encourage less economically viable members of public to grow, cultivate herbs
for medicinal treatment and economic source of income .
To organise dialogues, discussions with professional Traditional and Complementary
Medicine practioners for exchange of information / knowledge on Herbs for promotion of
health among club members and public.
Membership ( Article 4 )
Open to all Malaysians of over 21 years of age regardless of race, creed, religion with interest in Herbs.
Members may attend all membership meetings of the Society, receive newsletters, hold office and participate in activities sponsored by the Club.
A membership held in the name of Kelab Rakan-Rakan Herba KK Sabah has the rights commensurate with those of one individual. Therefore: one membership, one vote.
Membership category ( Executive, Ordinary and Honorary ).
Membership Registration:
Registration Fee Rm 30.00
Monthly Member Rm 3.00 ( Payable Monthly )
Yearly Member Rm 36.00 ( Payable Anually )
Life Member Rm 360.00
Terms and Conditions
All membership application subject to proposal & seconded by a member of Kelab Rakan-Rakan Herba KK Sabah.
All Membership application subject to approval by President & Committee.
Kelab Rakan-Rakan Herba reserves rights to reject any membership application without any reason based on constitution rights of the Club.
Membership Benefits
Presentations and talks over extensive herbal related topics.
Education cover herbal subjects such as herbal tea brewing, growing, history, medicinal, craft and home uses. Ad hoc study groups allow for in-depth learning of select herbs over the year.
Volunteer opportunities include working with Club's Herb garden and other public spaces, as well as events such as Herb Fair and Carnivals.
Friendships and support of other like-minded individuals.
